Exchange & Return Policy

At ERTH FABRIC, we’re committed to delivering quality and comfort with every purchase. But if something isn’t right, we’re here to help with easy exchanges or returns.

FREE EXCHANGE – Pan India Orders

• Exchange Window: Request an exchange within 10 days of delivery by dropping an email to care@erthfabric.com

• One-Time Free Exchange: We offer one free exchange per order.

• Second Exchange Fee (non-returnable/exchangeable afterward):

  • ₹200 for 1–2 products

  • ₹250 for 3 or more products.

Note:

• Exchanges depend on stock availability.

• Exchanged items are not eligible for return or further exchange

• Product Value: You can exchange for an item of equal or higher value. If it’s lower, we’ll issue a coupon for the difference.

• Pickup & Delivery: We’ll handle the pickup. Once your item passes the quality check, your replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

• Packaging: Keep the original packaging intact. We can’t accept exchanges after 10 days.

• Clearance Sale: Please note that clearance items are available in limited stock and variants. Exchanges will be possible only subject to availability. We recommend referring to the size chart before placing your order. In case of returns, applicable charges cannot be waived.

RETURN POLICY

You’re entitled to one exchange or easy returns if needed.

• Return Fees:

  • ₹150 for 1–2 products

  • ₹250 for 3 or more products

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in original packaging with the tag attached.

Damaged Products

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos to request a replacement or refund.

REFUND PROCESS

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the item passes our quality check.

• Return charges are deducted from your refund.

• If the product fails the quality check, it will be discarded and no refund will be issued.
